I'm Radu, a seasoned Agile coach dedicated to fostering organizational excellence and empowering teams to reach their full potential. With a background steeped in Agile delivery, I bring a unique blend of practical experience and strategic insight to every coaching engagement.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of partnering with diverse teams and organizations, guiding them through Agile transformations and witnessing remarkable results.
My journey in Agile coaching began in 2016 when I decided to try being a Project Manager, gradually transitioning away from being a developer. At that time I was working with a small outsourcing company and the PM role had me wearing many hats, depending on the needs: Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, etc. I have enjoyed Scrum Master the most, sparking my passion for driving positive change through adaptive methodologies.
